Clarifications
The New United States Patent Law (Black Line edition)
Section 14 of the America Invents Act ("Tax strategies deemed within prior art") affects sections102 and 103 of Title 35 without expressly adding to or deleting any of the language of Title 35. Accordingly, there is no black line text associated with Section 14. The text of the America Invents Act, including Section 14, is available here in pdf format.
