On April 29, 2015, the U.S. Supreme Court approved amendments to the following Federal Rules of Civil Procedure: 1, 4, 16, 26, 30, 31, 33, 34, 37, 55, 84, and the Appendix of Forms.The amendments are scheduled to take effect on December 1, 2015, They represent the most sweeping changes to the Federal discovery rules in years.
