Our booklets are available for a 30-day trial examination for United States customers. At the end of that period, customers may either keep the shipment and send payment, or return it without further obligation subject to our return policy. New customers may be required to pay with their order and may return our booklets subject to our return policy.

Discounts
Volume Discounts: Volume discounts are available for multi-title or multi-volume orders. (See our price list.) We offer book stores and retail stores a flat 15% discount off the single unit list price.
Payment
For on-line orders, payment is made through PayPal, which securely accepts all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal payments. For off-line orders (faxed or mailed order form, telephone orders) we accept payment by credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express), check, money order or bank wire transfer. Note: Bank wire transfers are accepted only if the total is $500.00 or more. We accept purchase orders from established book stores.
Checks
When making payments by check, please note your invoice number so that your account is properly credited. You are billed in U.S. dollars, and we request that you remit payment in U.S. currency with a check drawn on a U.S. bank. We reserve the right to assess our customers with collection charges for all other types of drafts.
Return Policy
Books. Books may be returned in salable condition within 30 days of the invoice date for a full credit or refund, less shipping and handling. Please include a copy of the invoice with your return. No returns on books with customized covers or pages. No returns on book store and retail sales.
Diaries. Because of the time sensitive nature of the diaries, only defective diaries may be returned and only for replacement.
Standing Orders (Not applicable to government and book store orders.)
Annual booklets. For orders of two or more, a subscription/standing order is entered automatically unless we are notified otherwise when the order is placed. A notice of standing order is mailed to each customer in September/October of each year. Unless we receive a notice of cancellation, booklets are shipped in January of each year and may be returned subject to our return policy.
Diaries. Purchasers of our diaries may elect to have a standing order. This may be done by checking the standing order box on the order form or by otherwise notifying us. Notice of your standing order will be sent to you in July of each year. New editions will be shipped to you in Oct./Nov. of each year. You may cancel at any time before Aug. 1st of each year.
Terms Of Sale
Established customers in the U.S. have a NET 30 day open account. Proforma invoices may be sent to those customers who require pre-payment, or who have not yet established credit with us. We reserve the right to assess finance charges for late payment at the rate of 1.5 percent per month.
Sales Tax
For non-exempt customers with shipment to Massachusetts, please add 5% sales tax. Exempt customers with shipment to Massachusetts, please provide a copy of your Certificate of Exemption (Form ST-2) with your first order.
Shipping Information
We normally ship out the same or next business day from the time that we receive your order. If you provide us with your email address, we will email you the tracking number and/or a copy of the invoice.
Domestic. For smaller orders, we normally ship via USPS media mail (2-10 business days). Larger orders are normally shipped via UPS ground (1-5 business days). The shipping charge is a flat rate of 8 percent of the value of the order. USPS priority mail (1-3 business days) and UPS overnight delivery, 2d and 3rd day air are available for an additional charge.
International. International orders are shipped via USPS flat rate priority mail unless another delivery service is requested. Shipping is subject to an additional charge. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
